I like that there are toys and books at the reception for kids. Maybe a kids playroom or play area can be introduced to keep them engaged if their parents are being attended to. I think the staff should use name tags so clients don't have to constantly ask for their names. My room had some wrappers behind the counters and a bin that was almost full at the time of my admission. Kindly add catering services as well.

Foreigners generally have a perception the medical facilities are not good in Ghana, because of that the questions are mostly because of psychological fear, please address their doubts in better way. 4. Cashier must issue receipts of all transactions and update on system 5.Notify the patient about extra day charges if he or she is staying longer than 24 hrs
